1. How We Think About Refunds

So, here’s the thing: most payments are non-refundable, especially if you’ve already used the service. That’s kind of standard. But we get it, sometimes things happen.

2. When We Might Give a Refund

Occasionally, we do issue refunds if:

  • Something broke on our side and you couldn’t use Zatzat
  • You accidentally paid twice or there was a billing mistake

Basically, if it’s our fault, we’ll try to make it right.

3. How to Ask for a Refund

If you think you should get a refund, just:

  • Email us at zatzat.in@gmail.com
  • Tell us your account info, payment date, and what happened
  • We’ll check it out and get back to you, usually in a few days

4. Things to Keep in Mind

  • We don’t refund for missed campaigns or if you just changed your mind
  • Every refund is looked at case by case
  • If approved, it goes back to the original payment method
