1. How We Think About Refunds
So, here’s the thing: most payments are non-refundable, especially if you’ve already used the service. That’s kind of standard. But we get it, sometimes things happen.
2. When We Might Give a Refund
Occasionally, we do issue refunds if:
- Something broke on our side and you couldn’t use Zatzat
- You accidentally paid twice or there was a billing mistake
Basically, if it’s our fault, we’ll try to make it right.
3. How to Ask for a Refund
If you think you should get a refund, just:
- Email us at zatzat.in@gmail.com
- Tell us your account info, payment date, and what happened
- We’ll check it out and get back to you, usually in a few days
4. Things to Keep in Mind
- We don’t refund for missed campaigns or if you just changed your mind
- Every refund is looked at case by case
- If approved, it goes back to the original payment method
